Sometimes a fresh start makes the most impact. We can build you a new site from the ground up, informed by your existing site and brand design, arriving at a look that projects the impressions you want to make on your clients. We can do traditional as well as highly bold avante garde designs.

Fixed-scope project phases
Breaking the work into named phases helps stakeholders understand what is happening and what they can expect at each point. We have worked with several project management systems such as Agile, Value Stream Management etc.
Establish the workflow and project management tools that work best for your organization (or onboard ourselves to yours!), and identify the big picture context driving your website goals, assemble an idea board of digital and print sources of inspiration you want to draw on during the process.
Populate the project management tracking system with tickets for each major deliverable, and then refine this into sub-tickets for each key aspect of each deliverable. We'll create a project plan with ETAs charted onto the calendar, so your stakeholders can plan around the delivery timeline.
Begin building re-usable components as well as the first pages. Early testing of external integrations so we can identify any complications long before go-live and avoiding having to revise designs to fit tricky requirements.
Final QA, then private staging server deployment for final team testing, at which point we'll plan to simply flip a switch, keeping your old site in place in the background just in case, with the new site in it's place as the active website.
